The Slaying of Indrajit
तस्मैदृढतरंक्रुद्धोजघानगदयाहयान् ।।।।विभीषणोमहातेजारावणेस्सदुरात्मनः ।
tasmai dṛḍhataraṃ kruddho jaghāna gadayā hayān | vibhīṣaṇo mahātejā rāvaṇes sa durātmanaḥ ||
Então o poderoso Vibhīṣaṇa, tomado de ira, desferiu um golpe firme e pesado de maça contra o perverso Rāvaṇeya (Indrajit) e contra os seus cavalos.
Brilliant Vibheeshana struck evil minded Indrajith, his horses and elephants with his mace.
