अथैवंछिन्नधन्वानमाशीविषविषोपमैः ।।।।विव्याधोरसिसौमित्रीरावणिंपञ्चभिःशरैः ।
athaivaṃ chinna-dhanvānam āśīviṣa-viṣopamaiḥ |
vivyādha urasi saumitrī rāvaṇiṃ pañcabhiḥ śaraiḥ ||
Então, tendo-lhe sido cortado o arco, Saumitrí traspassou o peito de Indrajit com cinco flechas, como o veneno de uma serpente mortal.
