इन्द्रजित्–लक्ष्मणयोर् घोरः शरयुद्धः
Indrajit and Lakshmana’s Fierce Exchange of Arrows
युवांखलुमहायुद्धेशक्रानिसमैश्शरैः ।शायितौप्रथमंभूमौविसंज्ञौसपुरस्सरौ ।।6.89.10।।
yuvāṃ khalu mahāyuddhe śakrānisamaiś śaraiḥ |
śāyitau prathamaṃ bhūmau visaṃjñau sapuras sarau ||
«De fato, naquela grande batalha de antes, vós dois fostes os primeiros a jazer no chão, sem sentidos, atingidos por minhas flechas, como pelo raio de Indra.»
"Formerly in the course of the first battle, the great combat, you two were laid down on ground having lost senses struck by my thunderbolt like arrows and Asani of Indra."
