युद्धे अङ्गद-मैन्द-द्विविद-राक्षसयुद्धम्; कुम्भस्य प्रादुर्भावः तथा सुग्रीवेण पराभवः
Sarga 76: Angada and the Vanara chiefs battle Kampana, Prajaṅgha, Yūpākṣa, Śoṇitākṣa; Kumbha enters and is checked by Sugrīva
रथानश्वान् द्रुमैश्शैलैस्तेप्रचिक्षिपुराहवे ।शरौघैःप्रतिचिच्छेदतान्यूपाक्षोनिशाचरः ।।।।
rathān aśvān drumaiḥ śailais te pracikṣipur āhave | śaraughaiḥ praticiccheda tān yūpākṣo niśācaraḥ ||
Naquela batalha, arremessaram árvores e rochedos contra carros e cavalos; mas Yūpākṣa, o vagante da noite, despedaçou tudo com saraivadas de flechas.
In that war the Vanaras hurled trees, rocks on chariots and horses and Yupaksha encountered them and tore them.
