E então, enfurecido, ele atormentou muitos outros chefes Vānaras com inúmeras flechas — como o fogo furioso no fim do mundo, ardendo fora de controle.
Highly enraged like the fire at the time of universal destruction, he tormented many chiefs of Vanaras and others.
Unchecked anger (krodha) is portrayed as apocalyptic in effect; dharma requires self-mastery, especially in war.
Indrajit broadens his assault from named leaders to many other Vānara chiefs.
A negative trait is emphasized: wrathful loss of control, shown through the ‘fire of destruction’ simile.
