The Slaying of Kumbhakarna
स शैलशृङ्गाभिहतोविसंज्ञःपपातभूमौयुधिवानरेन्द्रः ।तंप्रेक्ष्यभूमौपतितंविसंज्ञनेदुःप्रहृष्टास्त्वथयातुधानाः ।।।।
sa śaila-śṛṅgābhihato visaṃjñaḥ papāta bhūmau yudhi vānarendraḥ |
taṃ prekṣya bhūmau patitaṃ visaṃjñaṃ neduḥ prahṛṣṭās tv atha yātudhānāḥ ||
Atingido pelo cume da montanha, o senhor dos Vānaras caiu no campo de batalha, sem sentidos. Ao vê-lo prostrado no chão e inconsciente, os Rākṣasas exultaram e ergueram clamores de triunfo.
Struck by the piece of mountain the Vanara king became unconscious and dropped on the battlefield. Seeing that the Rakshasas were happy and naturally roared with a feeling of triumph.
