युद्धकाण्डे एकोनषष्टितमः सर्गः
Rāvaṇa’s Assault on Nīla and Lakṣmaṇa; Hanumān Bears Rāma
हिमवान् मन्दरोमेरुस्तैलोक्यंवासहामरैः ।शक्यंभुजाभ्यामुद्धर्तुंनसङ् ख्येभरतानुजः ।।6.59.111।।
himavān mandaro merus trailokyaṃ vā sahāmaraiḥ |
śakyaṃ bhujābhyām uddhartuṃ na saṅkhye bharatānujaḥ ||6.59.111||
Himavān, Mandara e Meru—até mesmo os três mundos com os deuses—poderiam ser erguidos por dois braços; mas, em batalha, o irmão mais novo de Bharata não podia ser levantado assim.
It may be possible to lift Himalayas, Mandara, Meru mountains or even the Devatas of the three worlds but not possible to lift Lakshmana by shoulders.
