शरबन्धनम् (The Binding by Arrows) / Indrajit’s Illusory Assault and the Vanaras’ Consolation
तमप्रतिकर्माणमप्रतिद्वन्द्वमाहवे ।ददर्शान्तर्हितंवीरंवरदानाद्विभीषणः ।।6.46.10।।तेजसायशसाचैवविक्रमेणचसम्युतम् ।
tam apratikarmāṇam apratidvandvam āhave | dadarśāntarhitaṃ vīraṃ varadānād vibhīṣaṇaḥ || 6.46.10 || tejasā yaśasā caiva vikrameṇa ca saṃyutam |
Vibhīṣaṇa — radiante, afamado e poderoso em bravura —, pela virtude de uma dádiva, percebeu o herói oculto Indrajit, sem rival na batalha e incomparável em feitos.
Brilliant and glorious Vibheeshana, capable of difficult deeds, incomparable at work, and in fight, unrivalled in battle, saw the hidden hero Indrajith by virtue of a boon (from Brahma).
