Vajramuṣṭi com Mainda, e Aśaniprabha com Dvivida—esses chefes entre os macacos—avançaram para enfrentar os dois rākṣasas terrivelmente temíveis.
Heroic and dreadful Pratapana, who is indomitable in the battle, fought with Nala endowed with high speed.
Dharma here is expressed as steadfast alliance and duty: the vānaras engage formidable opponents to uphold Rāma’s righteous cause, showing that right action often requires coordinated courage.
The battle breaks into paired encounters: two leading vānaras, each with an ally, engage two terrifying rākṣasas in direct combat.
Bravery and solidarity—leaders fight alongside companions rather than seeking solitary glory.
