Transliteration

daṇḍanirghātavādinyā śrutvā bheryā mahāsvanam | uvāca saramā sītām idaṃ madhurabhāṣiṇī ||

Translation

Ao ouvir o grande bramido dos tambores e o choque de maças e bastões, Saramā, de fala doce, disse isto a Sītā.
