कर्तव्यो न तुवैदेहीमन्युस्त्यागमिमंप्रति ।रामेणेत्वद्विशुध्यर्थंकृतमेतद्धितैषिणा ।।।।
kartavyo na tu vaidehī manyus tyāgam imaṃ prati | rāmeṇa etad-viśuddhy-arthaṃ kṛtam etad hitaiṣiṇā ||
Ó Vaidehī, não alimentes ressentimento por este ato de aparente abandono; Rāma, zelando pelo teu bem, fez isto para firmar a tua pureza.
"In the event of Rama abandoning you, resentment should not be shown in this way. It is your duty to endure. Rama himself has done this to prove your purity."
