एतच्छ्रुत्वा वचस्तस्य मैनाकस्य महात्मनः।।।।कार्यमावेद्य तु गिरेरुद्यतं च मनो मम।तेन चाहमनुज्ञातो मैनाकेन महात्मना।।।।
etac chrutvā vacas tasya mainākasya mahātmanaḥ |
kāryam āvedya tu girer udyataṃ ca mano mama |
tena cāham anujñāto mainākena mahātmanā ||
Tendo ouvido as palavras daquele magnânimo Maināka, declarei ao monte a minha missão e a firme intenção de prosseguir; e por esse grande Maināka me foi concedida licença para partir.
