इमं च तीव्रं मम शोकवेगं रक्षोभिरेभिः परिभर्त्सनं च।ब्रूयास्तु रामस्य गतस्समीपम् शिवश्च तेऽध्वाऽस्तु हरिप्रवीर।।5.40.24।।
imaṃ ca tīvraṃ mama śokavegaṃ rakṣobhir ebhiḥ paribhartsanaṃ ca |
brūyās tu rāmasya gatas samīpam śivaś ca te 'dhvāstu haripravīra ||5.40.24||
Ao chegares à presença de Rāma, conta-lhe este ímpeto feroz do meu pesar e as ameaças que estes Rākṣasas me dirigem. E que o teu caminho seja seguro e auspicioso, ó primeiro entre os Vānaras.
