ततस्तौ चीरवसनौ धनुः प्रवरपाणिनौ।ऋश्यमूकस्य शैलस्य रम्यं देशमुपागतौ।।।।
tatas tau cīravasanau dhanuḥpravara-pāṇinau |
ṛśyamūkasya śailasya ramyaṃ deśam upāgatau ||5.35.27||
Então os dois—trajando vestes de casca de árvore e empunhando arcos excelentes—chegaram a uma bela região do monte Ṛśyamūka.
"On seeing the tigers among men armed with bows, Sugriva, the bull among vanaras jumped from the mountain deluded with fear and reached the peak.
Dharma is shown as disciplined adherence to vows: even while armed, the exiled princes maintain ascetic simplicity and continue their righteous mission.
