सम्पातिवृत्तान्तः
Sampāti’s Account and the Sage Niśākara
तमृषिं द्रष्टुकामोऽस्मि दुःखेनाभ्यागतो भृशम्।जटायुषा मया चैव बहुशोऽभिगतो हि सः।।4.60.11।।
tam ṛṣiṃ draṣṭu-kāmo 'smi duḥkhena abhyāgato bhṛśam | jaṭāyuṣā mayā caiva bahuśo 'bhigato hi saḥ || 4.60.11 ||
Desejo ver aquele santo ṛṣi; com extrema dificuldade cheguei até lá, pois muitas vezes antes ele fora visitado por Jaṭāyu e por mim.
'In the vicinity of that hermitage there was no tree without flowers or fruits and fragrant was the breeze that blew around.
