बालकाण्डे षट्सप्ततितमः सर्गः
Rāma Subdues Paraśurāma; the Vaiṣṇava Arrow Is Discharged
शरमप्रतिमं राम मोक्तुमर्हसि सुव्रत।शरमोक्षे गमिष्यामि महेन्द्रं पर्वतोत्तमम्।।।।
śaram apratimaṁ rāma moktum arhasi suvrata | śaramokṣe gamiṣyāmi mahendraṁ parvatottamam ||
Ó Rāma de voto firme, esta flecha é sem igual; convém que a dispares. Uma vez solta a flecha, partirei para Mahendra, o mais excelente dos montes.
Thereafter all the quarters including the intermediaries were cleared of darkness. Hosts of sages and gods extolled Rama when he wielded the bow.
