Transliteration

sadṛśaṃ rājaśārdūla tavaitad bhuvi nānyathā |

mahāvaṃśaprasūtasya vasiṣṭha-vyapadeśinaḥ ||

Translation

Ó tigre entre os reis, tal conduta te convém nesta terra: nascido de grande linhagem e guiado sob a disciplina de Vasiṣṭha; não poderia ser de outro modo.
