Transliteration

paśya megha-ghana-prakhyaṃ mṛga-pakṣi-samākulam | mataṅga-vanam ity eva viśrutaṃ raghunandana ||

Translation

Vê, ó alegria da linhagem dos Raghu: este bosque, escuro como nuvem densa e repleto de feras e aves, é célebre como a Floresta de Matanga.
