लक्ष्मणोपदेशः
Lakshmana Consoles Rama on Fate, Fortitude, and Right Action
नष्टायामपि वैदेह्यां हृतायामपि चानघशोचितुं नार्हसे वीर यथान्यः प्राकृतस्तथा।।3.66.13।।
naṣṭāyām api vaidehyāṃ hṛtāyām api cānagha |
śocituṃ nārhase vīra yathānyaḥ prākṛtas tathā || 3.66.13 ||
Ó herói sem mácula, ainda que Vaidehī se perdesse, ou mesmo fosse raptada, não deves lamentar como um homem comum. Teu dharma pede firmeza de mente e ação reta, não pranto impotente.
Even if Vaidehi is killed or abducted, you should not grieve like ordinary men, Osinless hero !
