सीतावियोगे रामस्य विलापः

अहोऽस्मिन् व्यसने मग्नस्सर्वथा शत्रुसूदन।किं न्विदानीं करिष्यामि शङ्के प्राप्तव्यमीदृशम्।।।।
aho 'smin vyasane magnas sarvathā śatrusūdana |
kiṃ nvidānīṃ kariṣyāmi śaṅke prāptavyam īdṛśam ||
Ai de mim, ó destruidor de inimigos, estou totalmente imerso nesta calamidade. Que farei agora? Temo que tal sofrimento estivesse destinado a me alcançar.
