अष्टत्रिंशः सर्गः — मारीचोपदेशः

एवमस्मि तदा मुक्तस्सहायास्तु निपातिताः।अकृतास्त्रेण बालेन रामेणाक्लिष्टकर्मणा।।3.38.22।।
evam asmi tadā muktaḥ sahāyās tu nipātitāḥ | akṛtāstreṇa bālena rāmeṇākliṣṭakarmaṇā || 3.38.22 ||
Assim fui poupado então, embora meus companheiros tenham sido derrubados, pelo jovem Rāma, que, mesmo sem pleno domínio das armas, realiza feitos sem esforço.
