खरसेनासङ्ग्रामः
The Battle with Khara’s Host at the Hermitage
शूलमुद्गरहस्ताश्च चापहस्ता महाबलाः।सृजन्तश्शरवर्षाणि शस्त्रवर्षाणि संयुगे।।।।द्रुमवर्षाणि मुञ्चन्तश्शिलावर्षाणि राक्षसाः।।
śūlamudgarahastāś ca cāpahastā mahābalāḥ | sṛjantaḥ śaravarṣāṇi śastravarṣāṇi saṅyuge || drumavarṣāṇi muñcantaḥ śilāvarṣāṇi rākṣasāḥ ||
Com lanças e maças nas mãos, e também arcos—grandes em força—os rākṣasas, no combate, soltaram chuvas de flechas e de armas, arremessando ainda chuvas de árvores e de pedras.
