Ao verem Rama sozinho, cercado por todos os lados por muitos milhares, os deuses, Gandharvas, Siddhas e grandes videntes encheram-se de tristeza.
Seeing Rama left alone surrounded by many thousands of demons, the gods, ghandarvas and siddhas became very sad.
Dharma is shown as steadfastness in a righteous cause even when one stands alone; the verse underscores that the moral struggle is witnessed by higher beings and carries cosmic weight.
Rama is seen alone, encircled by a vast hostile force, prompting celestial beings and sages to feel anxious sorrow at the imbalance of numbers.
Rama’s courage and resolve—facing overwhelming opposition without abandoning his righteous duty.
