Omens before Khara’s Assault
सा भीमवेगा समराभिकामा महाबला राक्षसवीरसेना।तौ राजपुत्रौ सहसाभ्युपेता माला ग्रहाणामिव चन्द्रसूर्यौ।।।।
sā bhīmavegā samarābhikāmā mahābalā rākṣasa-vīra-senā | tau rājaputrau sahasābhyupetā mālā grahāṇām iva candra-sūryau ||
Aquele poderoso exército de heróis rākṣasas—de ímpeto terrível e ávido de combate—cercou de súbito os dois príncipes, como uma grinalda de astros em torno do sol e da lua.
A wise man who apprehends danger or one who desires his own good should plan his defence even before the onset of danger.
