The Slaying of Vṛtrāsura

ततस्तयोर्गदायुद्धमवर्तत मुहुर्मुहुः । तयोः प्रहरतोः शब्दो गदापातोद्भवो ध्रुवं

tatastayorgadāyuddhamavartata muhurmuhuḥ | tayoḥ praharatoḥ śabdo gadāpātodbhavo dhruvaṃ

Então, repetidas vezes, travou-se entre os dois uma luta de maças. E, ao golpearem-se, ergueu-se, sem dúvida, o estrondo nascido do choque das maças.
