Concept: Creation among beings depends on woman; attraction binds beings into worldly continuity, yet that same structure enables rescue from downfall through dharmic family life.

Application: Cultivate respect and protection for women in family and society; see relationships as responsibilities that can elevate rather than degrade.

Primary Rasa: adbhuta

Secondary Rasa: shanta

Visual Art Cues: {"scene_description":"A symbolic creation-scene: a luminous feminine figure stands beside a sage-like creator, and from their union the world-tree sprouts—birds, animals, and human families emerging as if from a single womb of nature. In the background, a shadowy ‘naraka’ chasm is bridged by a path of dharma—marriage rites, charity, and prayer—suggesting rescue through ordered life.","primary_figures":["Brahmā (or Prajāpati archetype)","feminine principle (as Śrī/Lakṣmī-like allegory)","human couple","sages performing vivāha-saṃskāra"],"setting":"Mythic grove with a world-tree (aśvattha) and a ritual pavilion (maṇḍapa) blending cosmic and earthly layers.","lighting_mood":"divine radiance","color_palette":["ivory white","vermillion","peacock blue","forest green","antique gold"],"tanjore_prompt":"Tanjore painting style: allegorical Śrī-like feminine figure beside Brahmā/Prajāpati, world-tree of creation unfurling, vivāha-maṇḍapa below, gold leaf radiance, rich reds and greens, ornate jewelry, symmetrical icon framing, devotional grandeur.","pahari_prompt":"Pahari miniature style: delicate forest scene with a ritual pavilion, a couple in soft garments, lyrical animals and birds emerging around a sacred tree, cool blues and greens, refined expressions, subtle glow around the feminine figure.","kerala_mural_prompt":"Kerala mural style: bold outlines, stylized feminine deity-form and Brahmā, creation motifs (tree, animals, families) arranged in bands, warm red-yellow-green palette, temple-wall narrative clarity.","pichwai_prompt":"Pichwai cloth painting style: central lotus and kalpavṛkṣa motif, feminine figure as auspicious Śrī, border of floral creepers and peacocks, deep indigo ground with gold highlights, small vignettes of marriage rites and charity acts."}

Sandhi Resolution Notes: सृष्टिर्जंतूनाम् = सृष्टिः + जन्तूनाम्; नोपपद्यते = न + उपपद्यते; मोहनार्थाय, नरकत्राणकारणात् इत्यत्र समास-रूपाणि।

FAQs

No. This verse focuses on creation and social-ethical theology (the necessity of woman for the continuation and moral ordering of worldly life), not on tīrtha locations.

Indirectly: it frames household life and relational duties as part of dharma, which in Purāṇic religion supports devotional life by stabilizing society and enabling righteous living that can culminate in devotion.

It teaches that human and social order is not properly sustained without the feminine principle/women, and that neglecting or excluding this complementarity undermines both worldly continuity (sṛṣṭi) and moral outcomes (avoidance of naraka).
