तमप्यसाधकं मत्वा ध्यायतोन्यस्ततोभवत् । ऊर्द्ध्वस्रोतस्तृतीयस्तु सात्विकोर्ध्वमवर्तत
tamapyasādhakaṃ matvā dhyāyatonyastatobhavat | ūrddhvasrotastṛtīyastu sātvikordhvamavartata
