FAQs

The verse presents Brahmā as the one who initiates (sets in motion) the world’s emanation and also sustains creation continuously across successive yugas.

It refers to the ongoing succession of kalpas (cosmic aeons) and their alternations/variations—i.e., the repeating macro-cycles within which creation continues.

It emphasizes cyclical cosmology: creation is not a one-time event but an ordered, recurring process maintained across ages as long as cosmic cycles endure.
