Unspecified narrator/sage addressing a brāhmaṇa ("dvijaśreṣṭha")
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta
Type: temple
Sandhi Resolution Notes:
It recommends offering a lamp (pradīpa / dīpa) before Hari (Viṣṇu) with sincere devotional feeling.
It says the merit (puṇya) gained is immeasurable—its “count” cannot be determined.
Simple acts of worship, when done with genuine bhakti (devotional intent), are taught to yield great spiritual merit beyond calculable reward.
