Dharmāṅgada’s Discourse (Dharmāṅgadopadeśa) in the Mohinī Episode
Sanatkumara (in dialogue instruction to a king, as framed in Narada Purana discourse)

Secondary Rasa: bhayanaka
It warns that a ruler’s rigid determination can obstruct seekers aiming for moksha, and it stresses the gravity of decisive action when dharma and liberation are perceived to be at stake.
Indirectly, it frames moksha as a “path” that can be blocked by worldly power and attachments; in Narada Purana’s broader teaching, bhakti requires removing such obstacles so devotion and liberation are not impeded.
No specific Vedanga (like Vyakarana, Jyotisha, or Kalpa) is taught in this verse; the practical takeaway is ethical discernment in rajadharma—how resolve and action can either protect or hinder spiritual aims.
