त॑ दृष्टवा रोमहर्षो5 भूदूरुकम्पश्न मारिष । स तत्र सिंहसंकाशमनीकं व्यधमच्छरै:,मारिष! उस समय उसे देखकर मेरे तो रोंगटे खड़े हो गये और जाँघें काँपने लगीं; किंतु उस देवपुत्रने अपने बाणोंद्वारा सिंहके समान पराक्रमी दुर्योधन और उसकी सेनाको संतप्त कर दिया
taṁ dṛṣṭvā romaharṣo ’bhūd ūrūkampas tu māriṣa | sa tatra siṁhasaṅkāśam anīkaṁ vyadhamac charaiḥ ||
