जित्वा त्रिगर्तान् संग्रामे गाश्नैवादाय सर्वशः । अशोभत महाराज सहपार्थ: श्रिया वृत:,महाराज! संग्राममें त्रिगर्तोॉंको हराकर सम्पूर्ण गौएँ वापस ले विजयलक्ष्मीसे सम्पन्न महाराज विराट कुन्तीपुत्रोंके साथ बड़ी शोभा पाने लगे
Vaiśampāyana uvāca | jitvā trigartān saṅgrāme gāś caivādāya sarvaśaḥ | aśobhat mahārāja sahapārthaḥ śriyā vṛtaḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana disse: “Ó grande rei, tendo vencido os Trigartas na batalha e recuperado todo o gado, o rei Virāṭa—acompanhado pelos Pārthas—resplandeceu, cercado pelo esplendor da vitória.”
