Virāṭa-parva, Adhyāya 40
Dharma is upheld not only through valor but through disciplined timing: the Pāṇḍavas keep their weapons concealed during incognito exile, showing restraint, prudence, and readiness without provoking premature conflict.
The narrator identifies that the Pāṇḍavas’ bows are stored in this specific place—belonging to Yudhiṣṭhira, Bhīma, Arjuna (Bībhatsu), and the twins Nakula and Sahadeva—highlighting their hidden preparedness while living undiscovered in Virāṭa’s realm.
