अगस्त्य-वातापि-उपाख्यानम्

Agastya and Vātāpi: Ilvala’s stratagem; Lopāmudrā’s emergence

प्रजहुः सर्वपापानि श्रेयश्व प्रतिपेदिरे । एवमादानवन्तश्न निरादानाश्च सर्वश:

prajahuḥ sarvapāpāni śreyaś ca pratipedire | evam ādānavantaś ca nirādānāś ca sarvaśaḥ ||

Assim, lançaram fora todos os pecados e alcançaram o que é verdadeiramente benéfico. Desse modo, tanto os que possuíam recursos quanto os que nada tinham—todos sem exceção—chegaram ao bem-estar por esse caminho.
