Pulastya’s Instruction
तद् दृष्टवा व्रीडितो राजन् स मुनि: पादयोर्गत: । नान्यद् देवात् परं मेने रुद्रात् परतरं महत्,महाराज! यह अद्भुत बात देखकर मुनि लज्जित हो महादेवजीके चरणोंमें पड़ गये और उन्होंने दूसरे किसी देवताको महादेवजीसे बढ़कर नहीं माननेका निश्चय किया
tad dṛṣṭvā vrīḍito rājan sa muniḥ pādayor gataḥ | nānyad devāt paraṃ mene rudrāt parataraṃ mahat ||
Ó rei, ao ver aquele acontecimento maravilhoso, o sábio ficou tomado de vergonha e caiu aos pés de Mahādeva. Desde então, convenceu-se firmemente de que nenhuma outra divindade é mais elevada do que Rudra, o grande Senhor.
