दमयन्त्याः कार्यनिश्चयः — Damayantī’s Crisis Plan and Vārṣṇeya’s Departure
दमयन्ती तथा वाग्भिरभिनन्द्य कृताज्जलि: । तौ परस्परत: प्रीतौ दृष्टवा त्वग्निपुरोगमान्
damayantī tathā vāgbhir abhinandya kṛtāñjaliḥ | tau parasparataḥ prītau dṛṣṭvā tv agnipurogamān ||
Damayantī, com as palmas unidas em reverência, saudou-os com palavras graciosas. Vendo que ambos se alegravam um no outro, voltou então o olhar para aqueles que avançavam com Agni à frente — um presságio auspicioso que confirmava a sua concordância e a retidão do seu proceder.
