त्वया तु संगमो देव यदि स्याद् विधिवर्जित: । मन्निमित्तं कुलस्यास्य लोके कीर्ति्निशेत् ततः,भगवन! यदि आपके साथ मेरा वेदोक्त विधिके विपरीत समागम हो तो मेरे ही कारण जगत्में इस कुलकी कीर्ति नष्ट हो जायगी
tvayā tu saṅgamo deva yadi syād vidhivarjitaḥ | mannimittaṃ kulasyāsya loke kīrtiḥ naśyet tataḥ ||
“Ó Senhor, se a minha união contigo se der de modo contrário à regra védica, então por minha causa a boa fama desta linhagem será destruída aos olhos do mundo.”
