ततः पर्वतशुड्भा भं घोररूपं भयावहम् | पक्षिणं दृष्टवन्त: सम वैनतेयमिवापरम्,“इतनेमें ही हमने दूसरे गरुड़की भाँति एक भयंकर पक्षीको देखा जो पर्वतशिखरके समान जान पड़ता था। उसका स्वरूप बड़ा डरावना था
tataḥ parvataśṛṅgābhaṃ ghorarūpaṃ bhayāvaham | pakṣiṇaṃ dṛṣṭavantaḥ sma vainateyam ivāparam ||
Então avistamos uma ave — terrível de forma e pavorosa ao olhar — que parecia um cume de montanha, como se fosse outro Garuḍa. Sua visão nos encheu de temor.
