Daśagrīva-boonāvaraṇa, Viṣṇv-avatāra-niyoga, Vānara-sahāya-janana, Mantharā-nirmāṇa

अधर्मरुचयो मूढास्तिर्यग्गतिपरायणा: । कृच्छाां योनिमनुप्राप्ता न सुखं विन्दते जना:,“जो लोग अधर्ममें रुचि रखनेवाले हैं, वे मूढ़ मानव पशु-पक्षी आदि तिर्यग्‌-योनियोंमें जन्म ग्रहण करते हैं। उन कष्टदायक योनियोंमें पड़कर वे कभी सुख नहीं पाते हैं

adharmarucayo mūḍhās tiryaggatiparāyaṇāḥ | kṛcchrāṃ yonim anuprāptā na sukhaṃ vindate janāḥ ||

Disse Vaiśampāyana: Aqueles homens iludidos que se deleitam no adharma entregam-se a um curso de existência semelhante ao dos animais, nascendo em ventres inferiores (tiryak), como feras e aves. Caídos nesses nascimentos dolorosos, não encontram felicidade.
