Transliteration

anyathā vartamānānām artho jāto ’yam anyathā | durmantritam idaṁ tāvad rājño durdhṛtadevinaḥ ||

Translation

O desfecho saiu contrário ao que aqueles homens buscavam; o sentido de seus atos tornou-se o oposto do que pretendiam. Foi, de fato, um plano mal concebido do rei Duryodhana—tramado com conselho tortuoso—e, ainda assim, fracassou.
