ततोऊहं पर्वतचित: सहय: सहसारथि: । अप्रख्यातिमियां राजन सर्वतः पर्वतैश्चित:,राजन! मेरे चारों ओर शिलाखण्ड जमा हो गये थे। मैं घोड़ों और सारथिसहित प्रस्तरखण्डोंसे चुना-सा गया था, जिससे दिखायी नहीं देता था
tato ’haṃ parvatacitaḥ sahayaḥ sahasārathiḥ | aprakhyātim iyāṃ rājan sarvataḥ parvataiś citaḥ ||
Então, ó rei, fui soterrado por montanhas de rocha, juntamente com meus cavalos e meu cocheiro. Cercado por todos os lados por pedregulhos empilhados, tornei-me irreconhecível e já não podia ser visto.
