Educational Q&A

Courage and martial effort are necessary, but anger-driven violence and mere weaponry may fail against extraordinary evil; effective action requires disciplined resolve, proper means, and wise guidance rather than uncontrolled wrath.

Kuvalāśva’s sons encircle and attack the asura Dhundhu with many kinds of weapons—arrows, maces, clubs, axes, iron bars, spears, and swords. Dhundhu becomes enraged and astonishingly consumes the weapons and missiles thrown at him.
