करिष्यामि हि तत् सर्वमुक्त यत् ते मयि प्रभो | युधिष्ठिरने कहा--द्विजश्रेष्ठ] आपने मुझे जो उपदेश दिया है, वह मेरे कानोंको मधुर एवं मनको प्रिय लगा है। विभो! मैं आपकी आज्ञाका यत्नपूर्वक पालन करूँगा। ब्राह्मणश्रेष्ठ। मेरे मनमें लोभ, भय और ईर्ष्या नहीं है। प्रभो! आपने मेरे लिये जो कहा है, इसका अवश्य पालन करूँगा
kariṣyāmi hi tat sarvam uktaṃ yat te mayi prabho |
Yudhiṣṭhira disse: «Ó senhor, cumprirei de fato, por inteiro, tudo quanto disseste a meu respeito. Tua instrução é doce aos meus ouvidos e querida ao meu coração; com diligente esforço seguirei o teu comando. Ó mais excelente dos brâmanes, em minha mente não há cobiça, nem medo, nem inveja. Senhor, o que disseste para mim, isso certamente cumprirei.»
