कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः

सदेवासुरगन्धर्व सयक्षोरगराक्षसम् । ततो दहति दीप्त: स सर्वमेव जगद् विभु:,इस प्रकार सर्वत्र फैली हुई वह प्रज्वलित अग्नि देवता, असुर, गन्धर्व, यक्ष, नाग तथा राक्षसोंसहित सम्पूर्ण विश्वको भस्म कर डालती है
sadevāsuragandharva sayakṣoragarākṣasam | tato dahati dīptaḥ sa sarvam eva jagad vibhuḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana disse: Então aquele fogo, ardente e que tudo permeia, queima o mundo inteiro—junto com os deuses e os asuras, os gandharvas, os yakṣas, os nāgas e os rākṣasas.
