कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः

Kṛtayuga Description and Instruction on Royal Dharma

त्वया लोकगुरु: साक्षात्‌ सर्वलोकपितामह: । आराधितो द्विजश्रेष्ठ तत्परेण समाधिना,द्विजश्रेष्ठी आपने तत्परतापूर्वक चित्तवृत्तियोंका निरोध करके सम्पूर्ण लोकोंके पितामह साक्षात्‌ लोकगुरु ब्रह्माजीकी आराधना की है। विप्रवर! आपने अनेक बार इस जगत्‌की प्रारम्भिक सृष्टिको प्रत्यक्ष किया है और घोर तपस्याद्वारा (मरीचि आदि) प्रजापतियोंको भी जीत लिया है

tvayā lokaguruḥ sākṣāt sarvalokapitāmahaḥ | ārādhito dvijaśreṣṭha tatpareṇa samādhinā ||

Vaiśampāyana disse: “Ó melhor dos brâmanes, tu adoraste e propiciaste o próprio Brahmā—o Mestre manifesto dos mundos e o Avô de todos os seres—por um samādhi inteiramente voltado para Ele. Por essa contenção interior de intenção única, alcançaste o favor supremo.”
