अनुभूतं हि बहुशस्त्वयैकेन द्विजोत्तम | न ते<स्त्यविदितं किंचित् सर्वलोकेषु नित्यदा,विप्रवर! केवल आपने ही अनेक कल्पोंकी श्रेष्ठ रचनाका बहुत बार अनुभव किया है। सम्पूर्ण लोकोंमें कभी कोई ऐसी वस्तु नहीं है, जो आपको ज्ञात न हो'
anubhūtaṃ hi bahuśas tvayaikena dvijottama | na te 'sty aviditaṃ kiṃcit sarvalokeṣu nityadā, vipravara ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana disse: “Ó melhor entre os duas-vezes-nascidos, tu sozinho testemunhaste e vivenciaste repetidas vezes tantas coisas ao longo de muitas eras. Em todos os mundos, em tempo algum, há algo que te seja desconhecido, ó mais eminente dos brāhmaṇas.”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse underscores the epistemic authority of a realized brāhmaṇa-sage: true knowledge is grounded in repeated direct experience (anubhava) across vast time, making such a teacher a reliable guide for dharma and narrative truth.
Vaiśampāyana addresses an eminent brāhmaṇa with honorifics, praising his vast experiential knowledge and implying that he is uniquely qualified to explain events and principles spanning many worlds and ages.
