हृदयं चरणश्नमापि वामो5स्य परितप्यति । सव्यस्याक्ष्णो विकारश्नाप्यनिष्ट: समपद्यत,उनके हृदय तथा बायें पैरमें पीड़ा होने लगी। बायीं आँखमें अनिष्टसूचक विकार उत्पन्न हो गया

Transliteration

hṛdayaṃ caraṇaśūlam api vāmo ’sya paritapyati | savyasyākṣṇo vikāraś cāpy aniṣṭaḥ samapadyata ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana disse: Seu coração também começou a doer, e seu pé esquerdo foi acometido por dor. Além disso, surgiu em seu olho esquerdo um tremor e uma perturbação de mau agouro—presságios que sinalizavam desgraça iminente e perigo moral no desenrolar dos acontecimentos.
