सर्वसामर्थ्यलिप्सूनां पापो भवति निश्चय: । अधर्मज्ञोडवलिप्तश्न बालबुद्धिरमर्षण:

Transliteration

sarvasāmarthyalipsūnāṁ pāpo bhavati niścayaḥ | adharmajño 'ḍavaliptaś ca bālabuddhir amarṣaṇaḥ ||

Translation

Entre os que anseiam por poder e capacidade completos, inevitavelmente surge uma resolução pecaminosa. Tal pessoa torna-se alguém que não compreende o dharma, incha-se de orgulho, julga com mente infantil e é intolerante—incapaz de suportar freio ou correção.
