Transliteration

kāraṇaṃ caiva tat teṣām ācacakṣe tapasvinām | tān ugratapasaḥ prītān kṛtvā pārthāḥ pradakṣiṇām ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana disse: Os irmãos Pāṇḍava explicaram àqueles ascetas a própria razão de os terem convocado. Tendo agradado os sábios de austeridades severas, os filhos de Kuntī então os circundaram em reverência.
