अनुस्मरन् वपुस्तस्य श्रियं चाप्रतिमां भुवि । माहात्म्यमनुभावं च स्मरन् दाशरथेर्यया,मार्गमें वे हनुमानजीके उस अद्भुत विशाल विग्रह और अनुपम शोभाका तथा दशरथनन्दन श्रीरामचन्द्रजीके अलौकिक माहात्म्य एवं प्रभावका बारंबार स्मरण करते जाते थे
anusmaran vapus tasya śriyaṃ cāpratimāṃ bhuvi | māhātmyam anubhāvaṃ ca smaran dāśarather yayā ||
Ao seguir caminho, ele recordava repetidas vezes a forma majestosa e o esplendor sem par daquele herói sobre a terra; e continuava também a rememorar a grandeza maravilhosa e o poder manifesto de Rāma, filho de Daśaratha, pelo qual toda ação se torna possível.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Steady remembrance of a righteous and exalted ideal (here, Rāma’s greatness and effective power) strengthens resolve and keeps one’s actions aligned with dharma; devotion expressed as recollection becomes an ethical force that guides conduct.
Vaiśampāyana describes Hanumān moving along his route while repeatedly recalling the incomparable splendor of the hero’s form and, especially, the extraordinary greatness and active power of Rāma, Daśaratha’s son.
